Big Talk About Season Close for Tyson Racing
Berwick, PA (9/13/2013)- With Warrant set to rock Hinckley, MN along
with Kip Winger, Trixter, LA Guns, Firehouse, Lita Ford, Dokken and Skid
Row this Saturday, Mark Tyson is set to tackle Pennsylvania’s Mountain
Speedway in his #22 WARRANT – I Saw Red Pontiac Grand Prix this Sunday
afternoon.
With only three races remaining this season and coming off his best
career finish of second, Tyson sits second in the stock car division
points standings. He has high hopes of finishing out the year in that
spot and if lady luck is on the team’s side, possibly one position
higher. All of the action is set to kick off with qualifying at 2 PM
EST.
Tyson Racing won’t slow down during the off-season and they are
planning several unique things to help get fans involved with their team
and supporters. The “I Saw Red” hood from a car that Tyson had wrecked
earlier in the season will be going up for auction following the end of
the year and all of the proceeds generated will be donated to charity.
“This is something that my PR guy did in the past with FireHouse and
Universe Racing a few years ago”, said Tyson. “It was a big hit and who
knows where this piece of history might end up. I just hope that people
get excited about it, just like I am, and the best part is that it’ll
benefit a good cause.”
